Tips
1.Entrance and exit time are to be strictly observed. No visitors shall be allowed to enter in the hall when the Expo is going to be closed in 30 minutes. Reminding will be broadcasted 15 minutes prior to the closing. An application before 15:00 is required in case of postponed work and additional fees will be charged for such postponing.
2.Exhibitor is required to apply for an Expo Vehicle License for any vehicles which are to be used for the exhibition, and strictly comply with guidance and arraignment by safeguards and workers at the site. Exit Permit is required in the case that items need to be taken out from the venue. In the course of booth preparation and exhibition, exhibits are allowed to be taken in but not taken out. No early move-out is allowed. Precious exhibits are required to be under special care and insured. Empty cartons for the exhibits are not allowed to be placed in the passageway, but kept care by freight forwarder. Additional fees are to be paid for such care.
3.Special space installation is required to be registered in advance and Exhibitor is required to pay administrative fees and apply for power supply. Builder is required to pay deposit.
4.Safety tips: According to Hall Rules, safety inspection is required at the hall entrance. No smoking in the hall. Take good care of your own belongs.
Transportation
By Metro: Take Metro Line 8 to Xingang East Station, go out from Exit A then walk 50 meters forward to the venue.
By taxi: it takes around RMB 40 from Guangzhou Railway Station to the venue, RMB 30 from Guangzhou East Railway Station; RMB 60 from Guangzhou South Railway Station (High-speed Railway), and RMB 120 from Guangzhou Baiyun Airport.
